We have built and achieved(POC for the system in brackets):

1. Litho v2 (replicated the build on the gitbook) (Jai Bellare)
   1. Clean features down to 4.4um
   2. The setup is currently down - we are facing some interfacing issues with the projector.
2. Tube Furnace (our own build) (Rushat Dixit, Abhineet Avhad)
   1. Stable upto 1100C with +-2C variation.
   2. Oxidised various samples from few mins upto 5 hours.
   3. Currently in the process of characterising the thickness
3. DC Magnetron Sputter (Inspired from the build in the gitbook as well as YouTubers - Applied Science, The Thought Emporium and Advanced Tinkering) (Aryamman Bhatia, Shaashvat Sekhar)
   1. Stable plasma down to 0.001mbar
   2. Conductive, smooth aluminium films of various thicknesses.
      1. We characterised one of the films(thickness 470nm, roughness unclear but <50nm)

2. Quartz Crystal Microbalance (Shridhar Patil)
3. Litho lite (Devavrat Patni)

Immediate Goal

Build our first transistor using the tools we have and procuring spin-on-dopant for doping.

1. RF source for sputter (Suchet Gopal)
