# March 2026 Update

A team of 8 students (CMU Fab) Joined Hacker Fab in January 2026, learned the NMOS process, fabed over 1500 NMOSFETs and characterized them. **Their results are documented in the sub pages below**.

Overview:

* 952 Transistors per Chip
* 94% Yield
* 1.26V Threshold Voltage
* 5 um gate length
