March 2026 Update

A team of 8 students (CMU Fab) Joined Hacker Fab in January 2026, learned the NMOS process, fabed over 1500 NMOSFETs and characterized them. Their results are documented in the sub pages below.

• 94% Yield

• 1.26V Threshold Voltage

• 5 um gate length
